The hunger to go viral spurs many young people into meaningless actions. The latest case is that of a young man who decided to risk his life by jumping on an alligator exhibit at a zoo in the United States.
Jacob Pursifull is the name of the 20-year-old tiktoker, who posted the video on his social networks, garnering a flurry of negative comments.
In the video, Purciful is seen jumping over two fences separating the audience from the crocodile. The TikToker grabbed his camera and began filming himself with the reptile, giving his worst impression of lovable zookeeper Steve Irwin as he recorded.

Anger and arrest by the police
Tampa police quickly issued a statement after the incident, with the local department explaining how: “The video was uploaded to social media. After investigation leads based on associated social media posts, investigators were able to positively locate Pursifull.”
He added that “a warrant has been issued for a probable cause of his arrest.”
The charges Pusifull now faces, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office arrest investigation, include Burglary of an occupied buildinga second-degree felony, as well Two misdemeanors of trespass and petty theft.
A spokesperson for the amusement park spoke to Fox 13, explaining how grateful they were for the police intervention to apprehend Pursifull.
“We are grateful to hear that individuals involved in trespassing one of our animal habitats have recently been arrested and facing charges for their dangerous actions… The safety and well-being of our guests, ambassadors, and animals is a top priority, and we are extremely grateful to the police, particularly the Tampa Police Department and their law enforcement partners, for their quick action.”
