At the Parc Olympique Lyonnais stadium, Les Jones scored two goals from the young Bradley Barkola (20 years old) in the 24th minute and Brazilian Givinho (23) in the 38th minute, while Amine El Sebaei reduced the visit in the 74th minute.

Auger-Aliassime made good use of his opponent’s 25 double faults and better first serve efficiency (62 against 52 percent) to beat his opponent, who scored 27 aces and led the American on the starting point and won the second.
