Luis Miguel and Camilo are the most searched Latinos on Google in the US
Los Angeles (Notestars). The American company revealed today that Luis Miguel and Camilo are the two Latin artists who appear in the list of the most searched in Google search engine 2021, who set the trend in the entertainment sector in the United States.
Where was Luis Miguel born? It was searched for during the year after thousands tuned in to the Netflix series, Luis Miguel: La Serie, followed by the question “Where’s Camilo from? The Year of Latin Music.”
These two questions were the most asked questions by Spanish-language netizens in the US, according to the Google Year in Search 2021 report.
“These lists, published annually, provide an interesting overview of the billions of searches that identify trends in news, politics, movies, entertainment, sports, and more over the year ending,” a statement from Google said.
Other questions that were common in the entertainment sector of the Google search engine were: Who won the title of Miss Universe 2021? Who won our Latin beauty? Who won the House of Famous award? How do you vote in The House of the Famous? It was a question that set a trend on reality TV that just ended.
The most searched films in Spanish were: Pray For Us, La Civil, Run, Red Alert, Fast and Furious, Venom 2, An Egg Movie, La Casa de las Flores the Movie, En Eltimo Trago and La CabaƱa.
The most in-demand English singers and bands in the US are: Travis Scott, Morgan Wallen, Adele, The Weeknd, Dr. Dre, Olivia Rodrigo, Marilyn Manson, Daft Punk, Bobby Schmurda, Lil Nas X.
The searches that identified trends in the US, according to Google, were: NBA, DMX, Gabby Petito, Kyle Rittenhouse, Brian Laudrie, Mega Millions, AMC Stock, Stimulus Check, Georgia Senate Race, and Squid Game.
