Apeldom, Netherlands, Oct. 15 (Prinsa Latina) The Italian national team beat its similar team from the United States today in three sets to zero and won the bronze medal at the Women’s Volleyball World Championships based here.
The transalpines dominated in three sets with parts 25-20, 25-15 and 27-25, in a duel where Ogechi Egonu was their top scorer with 25 units, 10 of them in attack and another four in blocking actions.
