Authorities prevent Jack Paul’s opponent from leaving the UK

The press conference scheduled for Wednesday, in order to officially announce the ticket for August 6 at Madison Square Garden in New York, which will feature Puerto Rican boxer Amanda Serrano, has been postponed.

Tommy Fury, the outspoken opponent of social media personality-turned-boxer Jack Paul, has not been allowed to board a plane bound for the United States. The British boxer confirmed the data in an Instagram post.

“We arrived at Heathrow Airport (London) ready to depart on a flight, and as soon as we entered the airport, the Homeland Security officer pushed us aside to report a visa refusal. I could not travel to the United States,” Fury said.

The fighter will have to go to the embassy to try to solve the situation.

World heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, Tommy’s half-brother, has also had trouble entering the United States due to his relationship with boxing manager Daniel Kinahan, who is suspected of multiple crimes, according to international authorities.
