During her visit, the chef will showcase the diversity of American cuisine and share her experiences with local chefs, both with young students in the Food and Beverage Technician Profession (TUAB) at the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) and with a gastronomy degree. of the Technological University of Central America (UNITEC) as with professionals.
In addition, he will present seminars and master classes on two classic American cuisines, Southern barbecue and Creole cuisine.

Guatemalan chefs Saul Bueso and Javier Rodríguez have been invited by the US Department of Agriculture, and Honduran chefs Juan Carlos Bonilla, Irma Maas, Sandra Cabrera, Ana Raquel Boquín, Eliezer Hazael Ventura and American Chef Daniel O’Connor are the culinary experts who will accompany Chef Araujo.
