The National Institute of Statistics says it “does not waste resources or exercise them in a frivolous manner”
I refer to the editorial published yesterday in today, In addition to the memo published last Saturday titled: “The National Statistical Institute will distribute 11 million for an external report on the Cordova administration,” for the following clarifications:
Every organization responsible for managing public resources must govern its behavior in accordance with the principles of inalienable accountability and maximum publicity.
For these reasons, the General Executive Council of the National Statistics Institute, in full exercise of its legal powers, approved a project for the preparation of the National Statistics Institute Management Report 2014-2023, the purpose of which is to make all information, results and effectiveness available to citizens. Of the expenditures carried out by the institution in nine years.
Best practice in this regard – if large amounts of resources are used over a long period of years – is that third parties should collect information, analyze it and finally write a management report.
If the report is commissioned by the internal authorities, the Institute may be accused of the error of being both a judge and a party.
The Federal Public Administration, for example, has regulations that allow the various dependents to contract, in agreement with their owners, the services of third parties for the preparation of their reports.
This regulation does not apply to the National Institute of Statistics due to its status as an independent body. It corresponds to the General Executive Board, then, the approval of the project is now commented.
Various institutions do: Coneval, the Inter-American Conference on Social Security or the University of Guadalajara, and in the international arena, the Organization of American States and UNICEF, to name a few.
For all of the above, it must be said that the INE does not squander or waste its resources, nor does it frivolously exercise them, precisely because the said report will inform the public, very clearly, of the use of the resources provided to the INE in nine years.

Regional schools are “essential to the educational process” of the country
Congratulations to us a work day For its extensive coverage of regular rural schools on its centenary.
One of the most marginalized and excluded educational systems is, as Tatiana Cole rightly says, in a documented article published yesterday in the newspaper, and I know from my wanderings in the 1970s that they offer indelible lessons about human solidarity, conscience, and community behavior.
Deep roots of ancestral Mexico that have allowed her to reach our days – in spite of all the sorrows – always with the hope of rising and moving forward, as good followers of the educational thought of Quetzalcóatl, where the fate of the neighbor is not strange, since it is our destiny and our possibilities to transform with everyone and for the good general.
It has already been said that education is, above all, a labor of infinite love, of Toltecayotl.
Out standardized tests! Nothing is more specific than the educational process being delivered at the appointed time and place.
Let us not waste this flow of wisdom by cutting off our roots. Let’s give him food and strength. May Mexico thrive deep.

He considers Cuba Miami to be the real problem of the United States
The United States, the big man in the neighborhood, loses more than it gains by banning Cuba, the little man in the neighborhood. Deep in his conscience surely (I hope) he is embarrassed by this story of utter failure. Its formidable military power can destroy buildings and kill people, but it does not touch the soul.
The problem of the United States is not Cuba, Havana, but Cuba Miami. They created their own Frankenstein and now they don’t know what to do with it anymore.
The Summit of the Americas, a united America, for all and for all, is a great opportunity to cast off this historic shame and restore dignity. The President of Mexico put them on a plate.

The mayor of Coyoacan denies banning artistic activities
First of all, I would like to say that I am very impressed and enjoy the prolific career of writer and journalist Elena Bonatoska. I cannot imagine the literary and journalistic history of this country without her.
That is why I read with concern the statements made by Moisés Miranda Román, a member of the group A Cielo Abierto, in an interview.
It is necessary that readers today, Citizens and our distinguished creator have reliable information: the members of A Cielo Abierto have been received by employees of the mayor’s office to look for alternatives to develop their activities. So far there are no definitions. I am sure we will reach a point of agreement.
It is necessary to clarify the statements of Mr. Moises Miranda on a very sensitive case which means that I, as Mayor, sent “the police to beat Otome”. This is completely wrong. The policy of this government is not aggressive, but rather dialogue. In the videos circulating in the networks, it is noticed who is attacking.
In the mayor’s office, we started a public space restoration plan. For this reason, we need to reconcile everyone’s interests: casual and established businesses, artists and neighbors who demand free and clean spaces.
The position of the mayor’s office is to look elsewhere, not to prevent artistic activities. In the past, they were also accepted by the organization A Cielo Abierto. We are an open government and believe that there are always alternatives to reconciliation.
