Lambs can't stop howling as The Silence of the Lambs returns to theaters for its 35th anniversary.1991 Horror.

As <The Silence of the Lambs> returned to theaters to celebrate its 35th anniversary, the lambs did not stop crying.

The 1991 horror thriller will screen on April 26 and April 29 as part of Fathom Entertainment's "Big Screen Classics" program.

In search of a passionate serial killer who flays his female victims, the FBI assigns intern Clarice Starling to interview Hannibal Lecter - an incarcerated, male psychopath who may be able to help uncover the killer's identity.Lecter's brilliant criminal genius uncovers the clues, but at the cost of deadly mind games with the vulnerable Clarice.

Jonathan Demme directs the film from a script by Ted Talley, based on the 1988 novel of the same name by Thomas Harris.

Jodie Foster e Anthony Hopkins protagonizan Scott Glenn, Ted Levine e Anthony Heald.

The Silence of the Lambs is the third film in history to win the "big five" Oscars: best film, best director, best actor, best actress and best adapted screenplay.

Renowned film historian and critic Leonard Maltin will provide exclusive introductions illuminating each film's lasting legacy.

Tickets are on sale now at the Fathom Entertainment box office and participating theaters.
