This section will not be closed immediately and users will stop asking questions from the next day April 20.
People who have asked questions on the platform can request a copy of their statements until June 30 of this year.

To download the Q&A backup, people will need to log into the account privacy panel and request the download.
Yahoo clarified that closing this section will not affect other accounts or services that the user is currently using.
