The University of the Americas (UDLA) is organizing a forum on Thursday, April 29th, addressing the role of girls and women in science and technology to celebrate International Girls in ICT Day on the third Sunday in April.
According to UNESCO data for 2020, 29.3% of women were researchers despite proposed initiatives for gender equality, equality at work, among others.
The forum is organized by the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences and was called “ Connected women create a great future. ”.
