Bacolod boxer remains undefeated

USING his powerful punches and aggressiveness in the ring, Bacolod City boxer Rolando Servania maintained his immaculate record after winning his weekend match at the Midas Hotel and Casino in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

Servania defeated veteran boxer Arnel Caoctoy via unanimous decision to snatch his second straight victory.

To recall, the Negrense fighter also beat Wiljan Ugbaniel last year.

Servania nearly floored Caoctoy in the opening round of the match.

In the fourth round Servania was penalized for a low blow but regained his momentum in the remaining rounds to claim the victory.

Meanwhile, Jenel Lausa of Iloilo will see action inside the boxing ring this weekend. The fight also features Carlo Peñalosa of San Carlos City and Ruben Traza of Bacolod City.

The main card is the fight between Peñalosa and Watana Phenbaan of Thailand.
