TWENTY-ONE coaches from different parts of Asia attended the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) “C” Coaching Certificate Course in Sta. Barbara, Iloilo from Aug. 17 to 29, 2018.
Organized by the Panay Football Association (PFA) through the Philippine Football Federation (PFF), the 13-day coaching course aims to develop the standard of coaching and teaching football in the country and to increase the number of licensed coaches in the country.
“The PFF under the technical department is encouraging football coaches to upgrade their coaching ability and take the AFC C License Coaching Course as the first step of their coaching career,” said coach Kent Gobuyan.
The participants include Eder Jose Lucas Dihiz (Cruzeiro Academy), Georie Geraldez (Dadiangas FC), Gerard Pornan (South hills FC), Antonio Piao (PFA), Frederico de Alvarenga e Bragaglia (Cruzeiro Academy), Ricardo Pusoc Jr. (Koronadal City), Luck Anthony Bedia (PFA), Julius Villaranda (Pontevedra Futboleros), Manuel Salvaloza (Sta. Barbara), Silvio Cesar Silva de Oliveira (China Football Academy), Jahn Jahn Escala (Camp Peralta FC), Steve Advincula (PFA), Christian Theodore De Juan (PFA), Ruchelle Latap (Sta. Barbara), Constancio Ejar (PFA), Jensen Rey Defensor (PFA), Michael Manero (PFA), Jay R Grandel (Pontevedra FC), Ruis Marfil (Jaro FC), Fortunato Achille Cajelo (Westbridge FC), and Jim Peter Nallas (I, Pagasa FC).
