SHERIDAN Boutique Resort in Oton, Iloilo recently hosted a romantic cityscape dinner for us, dahlings.

Sheridan GM Roy Gonzales along with the charmant Corporate Marketing Manager Joey Osmeña and Chef July Balaito prepared an impeccably arranged dinner spread at the resort’s Ayanna Garden Restaurant.

Seen enjoying the sumptuous feasts were DTI Iloilo head Diosdado Cadena and wife Josie Cadena along with my media friends, bloggers, and fellow diners.

We all enjoyed the holiday themed cuisines such as  Appetizer (Bacon Wrap Shrimp), Salad (Mixed Green and Condiments with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Red Wine Vinaigrette and Thousand Island Dressing), Soup (Roasted Pumpkin Soup with Smoked Bangus), Vegetable (Stir-fried Assorted Vegetables), Seafood (Grilled Squid with Onion and Tomato Salsa), Chicken (Lemongrass Chicken), Lamp Station (Lechon Belly with Liver Sauce), Pasta (Live Cooking of Carbonara, Pesto, Bolognese, Seafood Tomato Cream Sauces), Rice (Vegetable and Egg Friend Rice and Steamed Rice) and Dessert (Fresh Fruit Slices and Assorted Sweets).

What made our evening special while strolling the sprawling garden was the Filipino themed Christmas Tree centerpiece accentuated with the Nativity scene centerpiece while the Children’s Joy Foundation Choir and Rondalla entertained us with the jolly repertoire of Christmas songs and delightful choreography.
