COSMO ILOILO’S posh Seda Atria Hotel at the sprawling Atria Park District of Ayala Land in San Rafael, Mandurriao recently introduced its new sous chef, the award-winning Albert Ledesma.
Chef Albert made quite an impression as he also introduced his creations at Misto restaurant and Straight Up Bar.
A true-blue Ilonggo, Chef Albert ruled the Elite Chef Challenge 2016 on top of other international awards.
According to Seda Atria Hotel Manager Joseph Del Rosario, the quality of the chefs and restaurant kitchen crew and staff are in keeping with their service-oriented culture.
Chef Albert prepared more than 15 brand new cuisines such as Tom Yum Goong, Vegetable Moussaka, Singaporean Seafood Laksa, Oven Baked King Fish, Shrimp and Mushroom Al Ajillo, Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken, Spaghetti Ala Vongole, and Peppered Beef Angus Tenderloin.
Sweet desserts also filled our tummies hearts such as the popular Suman Panna Cotta and Triple Chocolate Mousse.
One can now have a taste of Chef Albert’s special menus at Seda’s Misto (“mixed” in Italian) which can sit up to 80 people. Misto also offers breakfast buffet and all day a la carte dining.
Also, chill out at Straight Up Bar which offers a combination of good food and drinks and a stunning view of the city skyline.
