COSMO Iloilo’s discriminating gourmet lovers are in for a treat after the gregarious Chef Miguel Sarabia Treñas, the man behind Kamalig Restaurant, recently introduced new continental cuisines.
Why the new offerings?
“I was inspired this holiday season with new, available ingredients we have. And I added surprising twists to my new menus for our diners to enjoy with their loved ones,” Chef Miguel said.
Try the Beef Salpicao with lots of garlic and the heavenly Estofadong Manok.
We also indulged in the Oyster Bar which featured every way of preparing the beloved oyster – baked, steamed, fried with aligue and Korean barbecue style.
Kamalig Restaurant has branches at The Shops @ The Atria in Mandurriao and Robinsons Place-Jaro in Iloilo City.
