THE Mansion once again kicked off the holiday season with its second Christmas tree lighting ceremony.

The Sy family led by The Mansion president Nena Sy-Lim and CEO Noel Sinclaire Sy graced the event.

The attendees enjoyed the champagne and canapés while the La Musica Embajadores chorale serenaded them with Christmas carols.

After the ceremony, guests were escorted to the Right Wing Corporate Hall for more fares.

The Mansion’s chefs prepared blue marlin, mixed cheese honey mousse, black olives, and chives; Bloody Mary, poached tiger prawn, lemon, and horseradish; grilled chicken Satay with peanut sauce; ham and cheese croquettes, tomato compote; braised beef brisket and carrot puree; Porchetta with apply sauce; pasta in Puttanesca or Al Funghi sauces; and desserts such as fruit skewers and Panna Cotta with blue berry sauce.
