COSMO ILOILO’S premiere hotel, COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT, recently unveiled its outside catering services in a glitzy garden themed dinner party at Plaza Martin Delgado of Megaworld’s sprawling Casa de Emperador.
Invited guests were welcomed with elegant table settings spruced up with impeccably arranged fresh blooms and silver fineries.
Courtyard by Marriott-Iloilo’s charming General Manager Cleofe Albiso and her team excitedly welcomed everyone who enjoyed the live band and cocktails.
Dinner was rolled out starting with Marinated Salmon, Spicy Cucumber Orange Salad and Curry Cracker; Seared U.S. Scallops with Wasabi Cream, Sweet Mango Salsa and Green Pickled Salad.
Warming our appetite even more was the Seafood Bisque, Shrimp Tempura and Lemon Parsley Cream Cheese soup.
The main course was Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Cheese Basil Potato, Truffle in Mushroom Sauce and Calamansi Béarnaise.
Topping off the meal was Saffron Pana Cotta with Apricot Puree, Pistachio Praline and Meringues.
Jetsetter businessman Jake Cocjin praised the food and service: “The menus were excellently prepared by the hotel chef, which are evidently nouvelle-inspired, and very likely in deference to the hotel’s international clienteles.”
