March into the grand halls of Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo at the Mandurriao district every Friday of March and indulge in the wonders of the sea with its alluring variety of fresh and unlimited seafood dishes.
As a special offer just for the month of March, Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo is bringing something new to the town by offering its consumers the best seafood dishes in town from shrimp, crab, shellfish, among others all guaranteed to be freshly prepared to satisfy your hearty appetite.
“It’s a seafood night. We want to create a new experience. Bring something new to the town. I’m sure nobody has done this before,” shares Chachpol Suaisom, executive chef of Runway Kitchen.
Suaisom said their newest promo is inspired by the nearby Roxas City, Capiz which is considered as the seafood capital of the Philippines.
“We come up with this idea because Roxas City is known for seafood,” he said.
By promoting the seafood capital, Suiasom said they also want to help the local community which has been a principle of Marriott ever since.
“We market the local produce. We are doing this all-around Marriott. We worked with a lot of locals and local community. Without them, we won’t be here. We work hand in hand to them. We help them and they help us,” he said.
With the quality style of cooking and its promise for freshness, it is with no doubt this limited offer is simply a cut above the rest among the seafood restaurants in the metro.
“When it comes to food, freshness is the priority. I don’t buy anything from Manila. The ingredients are coming from here and the way we cook, from the style and techniques used in cooking, are guarantees that we offer the customers with nothing but the best,” Suiasom said.
Among the many pool of choices, Chef Suiasom cited top three must try seafood dishes in the buffet: baked salmon, kinilaw, and cooked to order fish sinigang with fresh tuna.
