GOING all out American and enjoying a star-spangled dinner buffet at the Courtyard by Marriott.
In commemoration of the declaration of independence in the land of the free, Iloilo’s first American hotel under the Marriott International Brand did its share by dishing out premium western favorites even Uncle Sam would be proud of. Executive Chef Chachpol Suaisom certainly made a statement with the night’s main entrées which included a special roasted prime rib with mix spices, turkey with fresh herbs, barbecue pork ribs and a whole roasted salmon. Adding in a different experience, guests also enjoyed the chance to put together their own signature burger at the mini burger station to fit their taste. All throughout the night, guests also had the option to try out other offers available in the salad, pasta, sushi, cheese and cold cuts stations. Guests certainly didn’t forget to make room for dessert as everyone enjoyed a three-layer chocolate cake, decorated with the colors of the American flag, that stood proud along other must try sweet incantations.
