Additional P250T bounty for
Ayalin’s capture recommended

BACOLOD City – The suspect in the March 6, 2011 massacre of officials of Brgy. Kapitan Ramon remains at large despite the P.5-million bounty on his head.
Perhaps, the bounty is not big enough for anybody who may have the lead on the suspect’s whereabouts.
Thus, S/Supt. Allan Guisihan, police provincial director, yesterday said he will recommend to the Philippine National Police an additional reward of P250,000 for any tipster who can give information that could led to the arrest of fugitive ex-barangay captain Noel Ayalin.
Guisihan said that if approved, it will be the PNP national office that will endorse his recommendation to the Department of Interior and Local Government which has the final say.
Ayalin is wanted for killing four council members of Barangay Kapitan Ramon and the wounding of four others including the incumbent barangay captain.
Ayalin has been on the loose for months now since the shooting incident at the barangay hall of the said barangay.
Guisihan said the DILG has funds for incentives to informants that could lead to the arrest of wanted persons.
He said his office continues to receive information on the sightings of Ayalin in Murcia and in other places in the province.
The provincial government has a standing P500,000 reward for the capture of Ayalin.
