ILOILO City Mayor Jose Espinosa III said he is unaffected by the lead of his opponent and brother-in-law (bilas) lone Rep. Jerry Treñas in the recent survey conducted by the Random Access Consultants, Inc. (RACI) months before the May 2019 elections.
Instead, Espinosa questioned the validity of the survey.
“Sin-o gabayad haw pamangkota bala sin-o anay nag bayad. Bal-an ta tag P300,000 na alangan ka man mag papirdi kon ikaw nag bayad. Kon ako mag bayad da, daog man ko eh,” Espinosa said.
