ROXAS CITY, Capiz – POLICE arrested five persons wanted for various crimes in separate operations on August 13, 2018.
Randy Llupar, 29, of Brgy. Pangabuan, was arrested by the Jamindan police at his relatives’ house in Barangay Poblacion, Jamindan town.
Llupar is facing a frustrated homicide charge in Criminal Case Number C-10-1054-07.
Regional Trial Court Branch 20 Judge Ignacio Alajar issued the arrest on July 14, 2010. He recommended a P24,000 bail for Llupar’s temporary liberty.
The suspect is presently under the custody of Jamindan Police Station.
On the same day, the Roxas City police arrested Jen Paulette Bascos while attending a court hearing at the Roxas City Hall of Justice.
The 32-year-old government employee and resident of Poblacion Ilawod Panitan, Capiz is facing an estafa case. Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) Branch 3 Judge Bonifacia Carmen Chuchi Ramos ordered her arrest on August 10, 2018.
Bascos is now detained at the Roxas City police station and can only be released after posting the P28,000 bail.
Few hours later, the same police officers arrested John Lourence Sison, 29, of Lawaan village here for the crime of attempted homicide.
MTCC Branch 4 Judge Manuel I.R.A. Barrios issued the arrest warrant on August 10, 2018 with an P18,000 recommended bail.
Meanwhile, Jomar Sederio, 41, of Barangay Dulangan, Pilar, Capiz is now in jail for an estafa case.
The warrant for his arrest was issued by Judge Hannibal R. Patricio of the 1st Municipal Circuit Trial Court in Pres. Roxas-Pilar on March 22, 2018 with a recommended bail bond of P24,000.
In Panitan town, Milagros Senitay Detablan, 54, of Brgy. Cabangahan, Panitan was also collared for a theft charge on orders of RTC Branch 19 Judge Esperanza Isabel E. Poco-Deslate on April 25, 2007. A P20, 000 bail bond was recommended for her temporary liberty.
