Seda Atria offers rewards to loyal corporate clients

Seda Atria recognizes that bookers are the main force behind a hotel’s success.

As it approaches its third anniversary, the hotel launched Seda Rewards – a loyalty program for representatives of corporate clients who make the booking – may it be a room or for an event – in behalf of the companies.

Members can avail of a range of privileges like invitation to Seda events, exclusive discounts, and complementary upgrades.

There are two tiers – Silver, the entry-level for all members; and Gold, for those who reach a specific number of points.

Earn an equivalent number of points which you can convert into gadgets, appliances, gift vouchers, hotel stays, and other exciting rewards.

Seda Atria hotel manager Joseph del Rosario said that with the consistent trust and support they receive for the brand, the hotel is enhancing its programs to make them more rewarding to its partners.

“If you take care of your bookers, they will give us more bookings,” Del Rosario said in an interview during the launching of Seda Rewards on Aug 30. The launching was graced by Seda members, corporate partners, and the media.

Del Rosario said client books with them through personal, phones, and emails.  Daily, the hotel receives 30 to 50 days emails.

The rewards program runs for two years. All points must be redeemed within this period, after which membership is renewed to enjoy the entitlements of the new program and its enhancement.

The manager clarified that Seda Rewards is a different offer from Seda Edge. The latter is mainly for guests.

Del Rosario said they also contemplate on incorporating in the rewards the free accommodation in the Ayala-run Sicogon Island in Carles town.

He said Seda Hotel is also opening in the island between 2020 and 2025.

“If Seda will open there, you can buy points to get free room nights in Sicogon,” he said.

Simultaneous with the event was the launching of Seda’s newest brand ambassador – Seddy – a fluffy brown teddy bear.

The hotel also introduced another third anniversary threat, the 2+1 Weekend Breakfast Buffet. You pay for two and the third person gets the breakfast buffet for free.

It is available at the Misto from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. every Friday to Sunday.
