More police leaders for PRO-6

ONE hundred thirty-six (136) newly appointed Police Commissioned Officers who took their oath last week successfully passed the requirements of the Leadership Training for Newly Appointed/Promoted Police Lieutenants offered by the Police Regional Office (PRO)-6.

The graduation rite happened afternoon of April 10, 2019 at Camp Martin Teofilo B Delgado in Iloilo City. 

The 10-day training is aimed at boosting the Leadership Capabilities of the new officers. The training included daily morning physical exercises, classroom instructions which highlighted basic public speaking, media relations, managing police operations and technical writing skills.

The training hones the leadership and management skills of the participants as future chiefs of police in different police station region wide set to the fulfillment of the PNP’s organizational goal.

The Police Regional Office 6 under the leadership of Police Brigadier Gen. John C. Bulalacao vowed to continue developing competent and motivated police force by providing better training and exercises to personnel, especially to the ones who lead by example.
