Ronald M. Gareza replaces former OIC–PARPO II Sally A. Paulin who was designated back as the Chief Agrarian Reform Program Officer (CARPO) of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Development & Sustainability Program.

The assignments of the two officials were ordered by DAR Secretary John R. Castriciones on July 28, 2018 via Special Order No. 303, Series of 2018.

A simple turn over ceremony was held yesterday during the Management Committee Meeting. DAR Regional Director Eugene P. Follante witnessed the event.

He also plans to strengthen the Legal Division in order to enhance and hasten legal services, especially the resolution of Land Tenure Improvement (LTI) related cases to further boost the delivery of land acquisition and distribution targets and accomplishment.

He will also look into the inventory of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations (ARBOs) and the monitoring of the various programs and projects already implemented through the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP).
