Ark Invest, output from Kathy Wood On Monday she downgraded her participation in Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX) increased 12.3% by disposing of 14,762 shares, valued at $7.68 million.
Shares of Netflix, which are down 3.4% so far this year, closed slightly lower at $519.97 on Monday.
The New York-based investment management group has sold shares of Netflix via… Ark Next Generation Internet ETF (NYSE: ARKW) and Ark Foundation for Space Exploration and Innovation (Bates: ARKX).
Together, the two exchange-traded funds held 119,881 million shares of Netflix, valued at $62.79 million, before trading on Monday. Ark ETFs have no interests in the company.
The popular asset manager also gave up 15,074 shares of the chip maker. Nvidia Corp. (NASDAQ:NVDA), valued at approximately $3.06 million.
Nvidia shares, which are up 55.45% so far this year, closed 0.35% lower at $202.95 on Monday.

Ark Invest sold shares of Nvidia through ARKX on Monday and also owns shares of the chip maker through ETF for autonomous technology and robotics (Bates: ARKQ).
Together, the two ETFs held 229,899 million Nvidia shares, valued at $46.2 million, ahead of Monday’s trading day.
The other notable Ark Invest sales were on Monday Signify Health Inc (NYSE: SGFY). The most famous purchase was the purchase UiPath Inc (NYSE: PATH).
