CENTRAL Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Ceneco) said residential rate for June 2017 billing is ₱9.9095/kwh, a decrease of ₱0.5967/kWh from last month’s ₱10.5062/kwh. Lower price availed from the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) resulted in the reduction in Ceneco’s effective rate.
