Biden government: “We value our link with Mexico and we remain committed”

United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that Incoming presidential government that Biden, Is committed to bilateral relations with Mexico, Which is 200 years old.

On Tuesday, following a meeting with Mexico’s foreign affairs secretary, Marcello Eberard, Blinken shared a message on the social network, in which, also confirmed the importance of the link with Mexico.

“We have valued our bond with Mexico and we are committed to a nearly 200-year bilateral relationship,” he wrote.

In addition, he shared that the “need for continued cooperation” between the two countries was to highlight with the Mexican foreign minister.

For his part, Ebrard did the same on his Twitter account, where Confirmed that Mexico and the United States began work to implement the best possible relations between the two countries.

Antony Blinken, with experience in the Bill Clinton (1993–2001) and Barack Obama (2009–2017) administrations, went on to take office from the United States Senate.

Blinken’s confirmation represents the return of the country’s traditional allies and the United States to foreign policy, following the turn that former President Donald Trump’s government needed.
