ROXAS City, Capiz — The school teacher who allegedly shot dead a 22-year old male student on Apr 18, 2017 over a bitter love triangle has yet to surface despite repeated appeals for him to surrender.

Police also believe that Ronnie Felipe Jr. may have abducted his former lover, Wilma Clavaton-Ballos, after the shooting incident inside the latter’s business here.

As of 2pm of Apr 20, Felipe and Ballos are nowhere to be found even as police urged them to surface to shed light on the death of Leedon John Buni, a resident of Asis Street in Brgy. Banica here, who was found dead morning of Apr 18.

Police said the incident could be a “crime of passion”.

Murder charges are now being prepared against Felipe.

Ballos owns Krisma Balloons and Party Needs at Alvarez Subdivision in Brgy. X where the alleged shooting incident happened.

While they consider Ballos as a conspirator to the shooting, Lugo said she might become a key witness should she show up and reveal what she witnessed when Buni was killed inside her store.

A certain Bienvenido Tumanday of Alvarez subdivision informed the police on Apr 18 that blood was found in the front door of Krisma Balloon and Party Needs.

Responding police officers later found Buni’s body, with blood oozing from his head.

The victim suffered gunshot wounds on the right temple and on the right thigh. He was later identified by his foster mother Milagrosa Gonzales.
